Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit . Exposure time: 20s.
